Randomization: Treatment with AccuCinch System plus guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) or GDMT alone
Enrollment: 400 randomized subjects at up to 80 centers worldwide
Key Eligibility Criteria:
Ejection Fraction ≥20% and ≤40%
New York Heart Association (NYHA) Classification:
NYHA II with a heart failure hospitalization in the past 12 months
NYHA III
NYHA IV ambulatory
LV end-diastolic diameter of ≥55 mm
Mitral Regurgitation ≤2+
Are you a candidate for the CORCINCH-HF Study?
Have you been told you have heart failure?
Has your doctor explained that you have reduced ejection fraction?
Are you taking heart failure medications, but your symptoms are worsening (e.g., shortness of breath, fatigue, coughing, leg swelling, or trouble breathing at night)?
